The site is provided for information about menus, hours, policies, and booking pathways. We may change copy, layout, or availability displays without notice. You agree not to scrape the site in ways that degrade performance, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent affiliation with minifarmland. Hotlinking large media assets for commercial reuse is not permitted without written consent.
3. Accuracy and limits
Menus, pricing, and schedules published online are guidance only. Final offers are confirmed at service time in-venue or through authorised staff channels. We are not liable for typographical errors, third-party calendar embeds, or transport disruptions that affect your ability to arrive.
4. Reservations and events
When you secure a table or private event, additional conditions may apply — deposits, cancellation windows, minimum spends, and AV responsibilities will be communicated in writing. No-show policies may include charges consistent with Lithuanian consumer rules where applicable.
5. Casino Zone addendum
Entry to the Casino Zone requires valid government-issued photo ID where mandated by house policy and law. Participation in games of chance is restricted to adults meeting minimum age requirements. minifarmland may refuse or revoke access for safety, regulatory, or conduct reasons. Nothing on minifarmland.com constitutes an invitation to gamble where prohibited. If you experience distress related to gambling, we encourage you to seek independent support organisations recognised in your jurisdiction.
6. Conduct and safety
Harassment, discrimination, violence, or coercion toward guests or staff will result in immediate removal and may be reported to authorities. You are responsible for your belongings; we operate a lost-and-found desk but do not guarantee recovery. CCTV may operate in public areas for security — see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
minifarmland trademarks, logo marks, photography commissioned for the brand, and site design elements are protected. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial use without a licence. The abstract favicon mark and associated colour system are part of this bundle.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and on-site experiences are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement arising from use of minifarmland.com or attendance at events.
9. Limitation of liability
Except where law forbids limitation, minifarmland’s aggregate liability for claims relating to these terms or your visit shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event, or EUR 150 if no payment applies. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Courts of Klaipėda shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in the EU/EEA.
11. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The effective date at the top will change; continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting Casino Zone access will be highlighted on the Casino Zone page for at least fourteen days where practicable.
